Driven by artificial intelligence (AI), the new platform will offer customised learning experiences to clients.

It can also organise all its educational content and recommend the appropriate one based on clients’ behaviour.

TD Ameritrade managing director for investor education Lee McAdoo said: “We believe education is absolutely critical to investing.

“That’s why TD Ameritrade’s library of education content includes nearly 500 videos, 7 courses and more than 2,000 articles.

“But, we also know investors have limited time and evolving expectations, so we’ve created a customised, curated experience that will meet clients at any stage of financial fluency, enabling them to become smarter, faster.”

The company’s education centre will also identify and select the most popular content according to viewership numbers.

Accordingly, the CIP will assess the client’s preferences and will suggest related articles and videos.

The Content Intelligence Platform will continue to improve and going forward it is expected to fetch demographic information of the TD Ameritrade clients to refine content suggestion.
