Neil Darke said one of the recent industry themes is the growing demand for advisory services from clients who want to take a more active involvement in the management of their assets, so growing their capabilities is a natural next step.

"A strong advisory offering has long been a core element of CSWM’s client-centric proposition and we are pleased the team felt we offered a supportive and engaging environment for them and their clients," Darke added.

CSWM manages assets of £7.9bn under management and administration, on behalf of over 9,000 clients, in London, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Geneva.
