By GlobalDataLed by president Andrew Brief and lead adviser Christina Dziadzio, Hudson provides customised services to clients.
Under the agreement, the $265m firm will combine with Bluespring Wealth Partners’ U.S. Financial Services, which it acquired in 2020.
The deal adds a fourth office location for U.S. Financial Services and expands its presence in the New York market.
Bluespring Wealth Partners president Stuart Silverman said: “Hudson Dynamic Retirement has always had strong ties to the teams at U.S. Financial Services and Bluespring Wealth Partners.
“As Andy looks to continue supporting his firm and developing the next generation of leadership, this partnership made great sense for both sides.”
The partnership with US Financial Services will enable Hudson to enhance its client offerings through expanded portfolio design, estate planning, and investment services.
Commenting on the deal, Brief added: “This merger allows us to provide the next generation of financial professionals access to a like-minded team with increased resources to perpetuate success.
“I’ve personally known Stuart for over 40 years, and I’m positive our partnership with Bluespring Wealth Partners and U.S. Financial Services will help to accelerate our business and ensure continuity for generations of clients.”
Last year, Bluespring Wealth Partners acquired a number of wealth firms, including Cincinnati-based Ritter Daniher Financial Advisor, Chicago-based Hedeker Wealth, and Florida-based Retirement Wealth Specialists.
