the last 10 years as editor, commentator and moderator of

Francis Koh,
professor of finance, Singapore Management University
Francis Koh is concurrently a
deputy dean at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, and director
of the MSc Wealth Management Programme. Prior to joining SMU, he
worked at the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC).
He teaches and carries out research in finance and wealth
management. He is an active member of several investment
committees.
David Maude,
independent consultant
David Maude is an independent
consultant, interim executive and training professional focusing on
wealth management. Formerly a consultant in McKinsey’s global
financial services practice, David serves a range of financial
institutions around the world. David is the author of the highly
acclaimed book Global Private Banking and Wealth
Management, published by Wiley.
Nicholas Moody,
editor, Private Banker International
Nicholas Moody has edited
Private Banker International since April this year and is
quickly getting to grips with an industry in the middle of a
transformational stage. Before joining PBI, he edited
Accountancy Asia, another VRL publication, and was senior
reporter and chief country survey writer for International
Accounting Bulletin.
Alois Pirker,
research director, Aite Group
Alois Pirker is a research director
at Aite Group, LLC, specialising in trends in the wealth management
market. Before joining Aite Group, Alois was an analyst within
Celent’s Securities & Investments Group where he published
several studies and advised clients on new strategic technologies
in the financial services marketplace.
Bruce Weatherill,
independent consultant
Bruce is a chartered accountant,
and following 33 years as a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers he
formed his own consultancy practice in 2008. He provides a wide
range of consulting services to boards and senior executives of
wealth managers around the world, from initial strategy work,
market entry, the formation of new businesses, to advice on product
development, and is a recognised subject matter expert.
Ian Woodhouse,
director, PwC EMEA private banking and wealth management
practice
Ian Woodhouse is one of the leaders
of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) EMEA private banking and wealth
management practice. He works with wealth management firms to help
accelerate their revenue growth, enhance their operational
efficiency and keep their businesses safe through meeting risk and
regulatory obligations. He also provides valued knowledge transfer
through speaking at public and in house events and is a key driver
of the PwC Global Private and Wealth Management Survey.
