UBS Wealth Management UK has bolstered its team by poaching six specialists from Deutsche Bank.
These include team leader Sean Taylor; client advisors Nick Muir, Russell Gula and Will Pendril; client advisor assistant Antony Buckle; and Robert Gibbs in business development.
The new appointments bolster UBS’s services to the financial planning community across the UK underlining the bank’s commitment to working alongside financial planners. Taylor, previously a director at Deutsche Bank’s wealth management arm, will lead the team alongside Graeme Price, head of Strategic Partnerships at UBS Wealth Management.
Nick Tuck, Head of Domestic at UBS, said: "This investment in our Strategic Partnership Team comes at a significant time as the financial planning community adapts to meet a raft of regulatory requirements in the post-RDR world. Financial planners are looking to place assets on platforms where they can benefit from a strong combination of investment services and execution."
