NBK organized a special welcoming ceremony for the newly hired employees. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer Isam J. Al Sager, Mazin AlNahedh, General Manager, Consumer Banking Group, and Emad Al Ablani, NBK Deputy General Manager, Human Resources Group, along with a group of NBK officials.
NBK Academy is the first initiative of its kind in the private sector in Kuwait, and is part of NBK’s strategy to attract young Kuwaitis by offering them a range of career and professional development opportunities.
