The financial terms of the transaction were not revealed.
Founded in 2018, Inside Pensions offers support to trustee boards of pension trusts by ensuring compliant board administration and best practice governance. The firm, which operates from St. Albans, Hertfordshire, is claimed to have a portfolio of blue-chip clients.
According Zedra, Inside Pensions’s outsourced solution is attractive to any board of trustees, with pension regulations becoming increasingly difficult to manage for those without specific industry and regulatory knowledge.
