Zedra, a provider of independent trust, fiduciary, corporate and fund services, has named Lisa Tan as the new head of corporate services for its Singapore office.

Tan has an experience of more than a decade working with private clients and corporate entities.

She previously worked at KPMG, where her areas of specialisation included corporate income tax compliance and advisory work for multinational firms.

She also has expertise in developing corporate structures for private clients and large multinationals.

Zedra Singapore managing director Wendy Sim said: “Lisa adds a new dimension to our Singaporean team, bringing with her extensive experience of both international taxation and the establishment and administration of multi-jurisdictional corporate structures for both private clients and large multinational companies.”

In September this year, the company appointed Eileen Yee as the new executive director in its Singapore office.

Recently, it also strengthened its trust and corporate services business in Hong Kong by hiring industry veterans Jacqueline Shek and Stella Tong.
