Waverton Investment Management, a UK discretionary investment management boutique, has chosen GMC Software Technology’s Inspire platform for client reporting.
Through the partnership, Waverton will use GMC Inspire’s reporting platform to communicate with customers through traditional online and print channels, as well as using Dynamic Communications on mobile touch enabled devices, the firm announced.
The project, expected to start over the next three to nine months, will also give client managers a front office document solution.
Hugh Grootenhuis, chief executive, Waverton Investment Management, said: "Adopting the GMC Inspire platform will help us to continue delivering the best client service while simultaneously streamlining and increasing efficiency. Not only does it build upon our existing high levels of client communication, but also provides valuable analytics and a foundation to continue improving and stay ahead of their expectations."
West End London-based Waverton provides investment outcomes and bespoke client service for private individuals, trusts, charities, and institutions.
With over 100 members of staff, of which a quarter are portfolio managers, the firm had approximately £5.4bn ($8.19bn) of assets under management (AuM) as at 31 December 2014.
