British wealth manager Walker Crips has appointed Sam Lam as its new CEO as part of a wider board reshuffle.
Lam will succeed Rodney Fitzgerald, who has been CEO and group finance director for the last 10 years.
Fitzgerald, however, will continue to serve as group finance director, as part of a phased retirement, the company said.
Lam has been serving as the group managing director for the last one decade.
As part of the reshuffle, CIO Mark Rushton has been named as the new CEO of Walker Crips Stockbrokers, the firm’s investment management and stockbroking arm.
Walker Crips chairman David Gelber said: “Rodney has done a tremendous job in leading the business for over 10 years as CEO and has played a pivotal role in managing the transformation of the group from private client stockbrokers into an integrated investment and wealth management house.
