Integratec, an Atlanta based provider of asset management software and BPO services for the multifamily real estate industry, has reported that Seattle-based multifamily developer Vitus Group has successfully completed the implementation of Integratec’s asset management software and BPO services.
A primary goal for Vitus in this initiative was to further demonstrate the company’s commitment to its investors and lenders.
After a lengthy process of assessing alternatives, Vitus engaged Integratec in April searching for a solution that supports its growing portfolio. Vitus Managing Director Stephen Whyte noted the combination of Integratec’s software and service as an efficient means to monitor asset performance.
Whyte said: "The Investor Central software allows us to assess current results and project future performance and asset value with a level of depth and consistency that we were not achieving with one-off spreadsheet reports and analysis.
"Integratec frees up time and capacity for our asset managers and senior management to be able to focus on long term value enhancement," he added.
Stan Price Integratec Principal said: "The Vitus team took the time to communicate their detailed asset management and reporting needs. That knowledge combined with what we are learning from other multifamily developer clients, has allowed us to further refine our software and BPO services for the developer community."
