American investment management firm Vanguard has appointed Sebastian Kulps as new head of business development for Germany.

In his new role, he will be responsible for building the company’s presence in the country and exporting its proposition as a high-value, low-cost provider of investments and services.

Prior to joining Vanguard, Kulps served at Oddo Seydler Bank as head of securities.

Kulps, who has more than two decades of experience in financial services industry, has also worked at Kepler Cheuvreux, Deutsche Bank, and J.P. Morgan previously.
