American investment firm VanEck has expanded the remit of several members of its Australian team including its managing director to include Asia Pacific (APAC).

As part of the plan, the firm’s Australia managing director Arian Neiron has been handed over the additional responsibility of APAC head.

Besides, the firm’s intermediary and institutions director Matthew McKinnon has also been appointed as head of business development for APAC.

VanEck Australia general counsel and head of compliance Russell Grigg will now assume the same position for the APAC region. The firm’s vice president of business development Nicholas Jackson has been given the responsibility of managing private banks and family offices in APAC.

Bradley Livingstone-Foggo, who currently heads the firm’s marketing strategy in Australia, will now carry out the same role in APAC too.

“As part of a regional initiative we are strengthening our commitment to deliver our global investment solutions in Asia. This will be across the range of our active and passive strategies,” Neiron noted.
