Swiss investment manager Unigestion has hired Dominik Kremer from Columbia Threadneedle Investments to serve as its new head of business development.

Kremer will assume the new responsibility on 1 February 2019 and will also have a seat on the firm’s executive committee.

He will be responsible for Unigestion’s business development strategy across the globe, dividing his time between London and Geneva.

“Unigestion’s unique investment capabilities leave it well positioned to deliver the solutions that clients need, and I am excited to become a part of the business,” Kremer noted.

At Columbia Threadneedle, Kremer worked as the head of institutional for EMEA and Latin America and co-head of distribution. Previously, he also had stints at Fidelity as well as Pioneer.
