UBS Wealth Management Americas has boosted their equity plan advisory services group with the hiring of Paul Allen as head of corporate business development.
Allen, with 30 years of experience in the equity industry, has been a consultant for UBS for the past year and previously held executive positions at firms such as Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney.
