Dubbed Venture Visionary Partners, the new firm will offer financial planning, wealth management, family office services and corporate services for HNW families and business owners.
Overall, Venture Visionary will be staffed by 11 members.
The team includes ex-UBS adviser Craig Findley, who was dismissed by the firm on the ground of breaching firm policy.
Apart from Findley, the team includes Robert Retzloff as COO.
Venture Visionary also includes John O’Brien as director of retirement plan consulting, and Brian Funkhouser as managing director of investment and retirement plan consulting.
