By GlobalDataThe redesigned app focuses on offering a customised experience by asking real-life questions. These include what clients plan to do with their assets and life, people that matter to them the most, and their passions.
The app now offers improved online account management capabilities, UBS noted.
It is also said to facilitate clearer milestone visualisation, supporting the process of setting and tracking financial milestones.
UBS further stated that the redesigned app incorporates new tools for personal cash management while supporting simple payments and card security management.
Moreover, it is said to encourage customers to have more informed interactions with their advisers, offering a one-click connection to the adviser.
UBS Wealth Management USA head of digital client experience Kraleigh Woodford said: “To design an individualised experience for each client, we worked closely with our clients and financial advisers as part of the design process.
“These efforts enabled us to create a slate of unified, digital experiences centred around our clients. We’re presenting new features to enable clients to have deeper conversations and help them fulfil their own financial goals.”
Last year, UBS introduced the UBS iPad app, which is said to have capabilities similar to the iPhone app.
The iPad app is designed to offer a “more complete picture of their total wealth,” noted UBS. It is said to track and integrate the passions and goals of clients as well as people about whom they care the most.
In 2018, the firm rolled out UBS Advice Advantage – a digital advice platform to allow clients to have a better view of their financial standing.
