David MacNeil and David Ridland, both formerly investment managers at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, have founded Castlebay Investment Partners located in Glasgow.
The boutique firm will focus on providing discretionary investment management with a personal service to private clients, charities and segregated funds. They aim to target companies with sustainable cash flows and high barriers to entry.

Both partners are experienced in the wealth management field with MacNeil having worked with Gerrard and HSBC Investments and Ridland previously working with Ignis Asset Management.
