Towers Watson has opened its new office in Pittsburgh with hiring of Jim Neill, Michael Dudkowski and Michael Patalsky.
The trio will offer investment services such as risk assessment, strategic asset allocation, investment manager research and selection, and outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) services.
Neill has joined Towers Watson as a director, while both Dudkowski and Michael Patalsky have joined as senior investment consultants in their new role.
All three of the new recruits joined Towers Watson from Wilshire Associates.
Neill, with 20 years of investment experience, worked for 15 years at Wilshire Associates.
At Wilshire Associates, he was designated as managing director in the firm’s investment consulting unit where he focused on advising institutional investors, managing the firm’s multi-manager funds as well as served as a member of the OCIO investment committee.

Dudkowski worked at Wilshire Associates since 2004 and was designated as managing director in the firm’s investment consulting unit.
He previously served as director for research and fixed-income marketing at Federated Investors, and principal in the Portfolio Strategies Research Group at Wells Fargo.
Dudkowski will serve both OCIO as well as traditional consulting clients and prospects.
Patalsky worked at Wilshire Associates for nine years and was designated in the role of managing director in the firm’s investment consulting unit.
Before that, he worked on the plan sponsor side in the Benefits Investment and Financing group of PPG Industries, and earlier served at Aon Hewitt.
Patalsky will also be working with OCIO and traditional consulting clients and prospects.
