Top Advisers by Value and Volume
Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados emerged as the top mergers and acquisition legal advisers in South and Central America for Q1-Q3 2021 in terms of value and volume, respectively.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised on 14 deals valued at $11.5bn, which was the highest value among all the advisers.
Meanwhile, Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados led in volume terms, having advised on 25 deals worth $202m.
GlobalData lead analyst Aurojyoti Bose said: “Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados was the clear winner in terms of volume as it was the only firm to advise on more than 25 deals, outpacing its peers by a significant margin. However, despite leading in volume terms, Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados failed to feature in GlobalData’s ranking of the top 10 advisers by value due to its involvement in low value transactions.
