More than one-third (34%) of affluent investors are dissatisfied over how their wealth has grown over the past year, according to a report by British research firm YouGov.
The Wealthy Investors report found 30% of wealth investors to be slightly satisfied with the growth of their wealth in 2016, 9% very satisfied, and 26% neither satisfied nor disappointed.
Further, 57% of wealthy investors were found to be managing all financial products and investments themselves, and 37% of these investors were disappointed with the growth of their wealth last year.
The study found that 23% of the wealthy investors manage some of their products themselves and assign some of the task to professionals, and 37% of these investors were dissatisfied about the growth of their wealth in the past year.
Only 9% wealthy investors assigned their entire financial management task to professionals, the report says.
Also, 88% of affluent investors held the view that they manage their finances well, while 77% said that they are good at saving up.
Moreover, 71% of investors also said that they are more careful with their finances than before.
