Syz Asset Management CEO Katia Coudray has announced plans to quit the group to pursue new opportunities.

Coudray joined the group in 2011 and assumed the responsibility of CEO in June 2015. Over the past three years, she structured the firm’s business for institutional clients.

“Thanks to her deep knowledge of the industry, Katia Coudray has developed the product offering by establishing recognised franchises in the Equity, Fixed Income, Credit and Multi-Asset strategies,” the company said.

Coudray will be replaced by Eric Syz, who will serve as CEO on an interim basis till a permanent successor is appointed.

“I would like to thank Katia for everything she has done for our clients, our associates, and our firm over the last seven years. I wish Katia the very best for the future,” Eric Syz said.
