Swisspath Group and VECO Group, two distinct Swiss multi-family firms, have filed for a merger. With main headquarters in Zurich and Lugano, the two companies will combine their strengths to fulfil complex customer needs holistically and provide the groundwork for future expansion.

Swisspath and VECO Group are expected to merge by the end of 2025’s first quarter. Under the leadership of Alessandro Lardi, a founding partner of Swisspath, both businesses will employ around 70 people.

Lugano and Zurich will be the company’s primary locations, with the Zurich office acting as the headquarters. As managing partner, Stefano Fiala, who is presently the CEO of VECO Group, will continue to oversee the Lugano office.

The deal would further enhance the combined company’s capacity to function as a full multifamily office offering a wide range of services, such as real estate management, yachting, tax and legal consultation, wealth planning, and trust advisory.

Additionally, it will allow the business to take advantage of growth prospects in global markets and promote innovation for the benefit of its customers.

In order to honour the company’s extensive experience and prosperous history, which dates back to 1973, the combined entity will stay afloat under the VECO name.
