Stonehage has appointed Simon Clark as the new managing director of Group Services.
An ACA chartered accountant, Clark will be responsible for Stonehage’s compliance, information technology, human resources, facilities and change management teams.

Clark joins from investment manager ACPI, where he was COO and played an instrumental role in the buy-out of Stonehage’s stake in the company during 2012.
Prior to joining ACPI, Simon was COO and partner at Heartwood, a UK-based private client advisory and investment firm, which was recently sold to Handelsbanken. Prior to that, Simon held various roles at RBS Financial Markets, Greenwich NatWest and Credit Suisse First Boston.
With more than 23 years’ experience in financial markets in the UK, US and Asia Pacific, his professional contribution went across asset management, wealth management and investment banking.
