Stifel Financial has hired three financial advisors from Raymond James for its broker-dealer subsidiary, Stifel, Nicolaus & Company.
In addition, the company has launched its new Private Client Group office in Atlanta, which is Stifel’s ninth location in Georgia.
The three new recruits include Richard McGalliard, senior vice president/investments and branch manager; John McHale, senior vice president/investments; and Ryan Stewart, senior vice president/investments.
Robert Chanin, a senior vice president/investments, currently based in Stifel’s office in Macon, Georgia, will divide his time between Atlanta and Macon.
Together all the four advisors will be accountable for managing more than $490million in client assets.
The new office that will accommodate Stifel’s Atlanta Private Client Group, will also integrate the firm’s existing Atlanta-based Equity Research, Institutional Equity Sales, and Public Finance associates, as well as professionals from Stifel’s Keefe, Bruyette & Woods subsidiary.
A total of 26 associates will be based at the new office.
