The Jordan Securities Commission has issued a custody licence to Standard Chartered Jordan to offer its custodian services in the Jordanian market.
Majd Shafiq, commissioner, Jordan Securities Commission said: "The Jordan Securities Commission takes this opportunity to assure all stakeholders that in implementing its three-pronged strategy of enforcement, reform and market development it continues to work towards international best practice in all facets of Jordan’s capital market."
