Swedish wealth management firm Söderberg & Partners has revealed investments in three new IFA firms as part of its strategy to support small businesses in the UK financial advisory industry.

There are three firms:

  • Based in Cromer, Norfolk, Hoyl Independent Advisers is a national independent financial advisor firm. It boasts offices in Chelmsford, Derby, and London, as well as a network of 42 advisers that span the entire United Kingdom. Hoyl, in collaboration with its appointed representative arm, Create FM Ltd, offers specialised advice to both personal and business clients in areas such as mortgages and protection. With over £3bn ($3.8bn) in assets, Hoyl is well-known for developing long-term client relationships and regularly providing high-quality financial advice that meets the highest professional standards;
  • Intelligent I-FA, a financial planning firm in the Midlands, offers reliable guidance throughout the UK. Intelligent Financial Advisory manages more than £300m in client assets and employs a staff of 13 experienced advisers that provide customised advice on pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection to individuals, families, and businesses. Intelligent Financial Advisory is known for its pleasant, community-focused approach, and it tailors financial strategies to each client’s specific needs, and
  • Mosaac Ltd provides unbiased advice on investments, pensions, mortgages, and protection for businesses and individuals. The company is situated in Yorkshire and has more than £230m in assets.
