Societe Generale Private Banking Hambros has appointed David Greenwood as a private banker to its Cambridge team.

Cambridge was the firm’s first regional office, which was established in 2006 by William Quantrill and Nick Greenaway.

The bank said that the appointment is part of its regional development strategy as it continues to provide tailored private banking services to clients across East Anglia.

Greenwood started his banking career in 1998 with HSBC until 2006 before running his own business in Italy for four years. He was an IFA for a year prior to joining the bank.
