Société Générale Private Banking (SGPB) has hired Alan Mudie as its head of investment strategy.
Based in Geneva, Mudie replaces Antonine Blouin and will be responsible for determining the global investment policy for SGPB.
Prior to joing SGPB, Mudie had been CIO of private banking at UPB. Previously, he held senior roles Syz & Co and BNP Paribas.
Mudie will keep his role as chief investment officer of Société Générale Private Banking SA and will begin to chair the bank’s investment committee. Moreover, he will regularly provide investment themes to help diversify product offerings for clients and prospects. Blouin will focus fully on his position as head of wealth management solutions in Switzerland.
