British fund manager Schroders has reshuffled its leadership line-up, with the appointments of Phil Middleton as the new head of UK and Tom Darnowski as Americas CEO.
Middleton joined Schroders in 1992. His experience spans over three decades, with significant roles in distribution and marketing while based in London.
In 2020, Middleton transitioned to New York to serve as Head of Institutional Distribution for North America. He was managing direct sales, relationship management and consultant relations.
In January 2022, he ascended to the role of CEO of North America and was further promoted to CEO Americas in June 2023.
He will assume the new role on 1 January 2025.
Middleton said: “It’s fantastic to be returning to the UK market, where I have spent so much of my career.
