Scott joins from BEA Union Investments based in Hong Kong, where over the past 4 years he has held the position of Head of Multi-Asset. Prior to BEA Union Investments Scott was a senior consultant at Towers Watson based in the UK and Hong Kong.
Scott will report to Lesley-Ann Morgan who has been promoted to Head of Global Strategic Solutions.

Lesley-Ann joined Schroders in June 2011 as Senior Strategist within the Global Strategic Solutions team, a team which was previously headed up by Neil Walton.
Neil has recently taken up the newly created role of Head of the Institutional Business Development Group and chairs the UK Institutional Management Committee within Schroders £46 billion* UK Institutional Business.
