Fund administrator SANNE has appointed Stephanie Hopkins and Stephen McKenna as the joint heads of its private debt and capital markets business for EMEA.

In the new role, effective 1 August 2018, Hopkins and McKenna will devise the strategic direction and management of the business with an aim to facilitate its growth through organic initiatives.

Commenting on the appointments, SANNE managing director of alternative assets in EMEA Sean Murray said: “I am delighted to have Stephanie and Stephen lead this important business at SANNE. They have been key members of the debt management team for some time and have contributed enormously to the continued growth of the business.

“They are both well known in the industry and this will play an important role in the divisions continued growth in the future.”

With a headcount of over 175, the company’s private debt and capital markets business offers private debt administration, capital markets and loan agency services to a global clientele. The business tends to around 120 clients and manages more than 900 structures.

Last month, SANNE appointed James Ireland as its new CFO. Ireland will manage the company’s global financial operations from the London office.

It services clients from 15 locations spread across the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific & Mauritius.

It offers a comprehensive range of outsourced fiduciary, administration & regulatory services to international corporates, institutions, investor groups, asset managers and UHNW families.
