Alternative fund and corporate administration service provider Sanne has appointed James Ireland as its new CFO.
Ireland will replace Spencer Daley, who will now lead the M&A and strategy segments of the company.
Based in London, Ireland will manage the financial operations of the global and regional businesses.
“In joining the business, I am really excited to be part of Sanne’s ongoing journey and I look forward to helping to support its continued growth and ultimately achieving the firm’s global aspirations,” Ireland said.
Ireland previously assisted Sanne when the company was listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange in 2015.
Following the listing, he worked as a key adviser to the company assisting in all business acquisitions.
