SANNE, a Jersey-based provider of fund administration services, has bolstered its product offering in China by securing a bookkeeping licence.
With the new licence, SANNE will offer bookkeeping, accounting and tax preparation services to serve entities registered in China.
SANNE chief commercial officer Mark Law said: “The new licence will enhance our already well-established Asian network and market expertise, whilst complementing our existing fund offering in China.
“The licence allows SANNE to offer a full suite of fund solutions to cater for institutional managers, positioning us well as we seek to further grow our fund servicing business in Asia and internationally.”
The latest move is said to come in the wake of rising demand for the firm’s outsourced alternative asset, corporate and fiduciary administration as well as reporting services.
Commenting on the new licence, SANNE managing director for Asia-Pacific Jing Jing Qian said: “It underlines SANNE’s trusted reputation as a global leader in providing fund accounting and corporate administration services and aligns with our expansion plans as we double our headcount in China, strengthening SANNE’s commitment to the Chinese market.”
