Wealth manager Rowan Dartington has opened a new regional office in Birmingham as part of its regional expansion plans.
The firm has hired Hitesh Mistry and Paul Smith from WH Ireland to lead the new operation.
Mistry and Smith will develop new business opportunities in the region as well as advise clients on investment strategy, financial planning and tax issues.
Prior to joining WH Ireland, Mistry and Smith served as private bankers at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management.
Mistry, who has 20 years experience in the industry, started his career with Albert E Sharp in Birmingham, the precursor to Gerrard Investment Management.
Smith, who has 18 years’ experience, previously held roles with Gerrard Investment Management and Charles Stanley.
