Rothschild Group has named Andrew Blair as new head of UK sales for the group’s asset management divisions.
In his new role, Blair will be responsible for expanding the firm’s presence within the UK asset management industry.

By GlobalDataBlair will report to Rothschild & Cie Gestion head of sales and marketing Arnaud Perrier and will be supported by Katherine Jory, who has worked at Rothschild for five years in hedge fund investor relations and marketing.
He will now access which of its strategies to launch in the UK, including funds run by the Paris-based team.
In addition, Blair will promote Rothschild’s risk-rated smart beta range, Risk Based Investment Solutions (RBIS).
Blair joined Rothschild from Mirabaud, where he worked as sales and marketing director. Earlier to this, he worked as regional sales director for Edinburgh Fund Managers and as head of UK sales at Skandia.
Blair said: "I have been involved in UK fund distribution for 15 years and I am delighted to have been offered such a challenge with such a prestigious organisation as Rothschild.
"As head of UK sales for the asset management divisions of Rothschild, I will be targeting most of the client segments in the UK focusing on the institutional, wholesale, GFI and the platform businesses."
