Rothschild & Co Wealth Management UK has announced three hires to strengthen its regional operations in Leeds and Manchester.

The new hires seek to address the increasing demand for wealth management services in the UK regions.

Edward Binks has been appointed as a director in Leeds, joining Alison Probert, who established the Leeds office in 2022.

Besides, Tom Fleming and Jessica Pearson have taken on the roles of assistant directors. Fleming is based in Leeds and Pearson in Manchester.

Rothschild & Co Wealth Management UK Regions head Peter Hindle said: “I am thrilled that Ed, Tom and Jess have chosen to join our growing business.

“Using their local knowledge and strong networks, they will work collaboratively and across teams, providing an exceptional service to the entrepreneurs and families we work with, ensuring their best interests are met with our differentiated investment approach.”

Binks joins Rothschild & Co from James Hambro, where he advised private clients since 2021.

Binks also has experience from Aberdeen Standard Capital, where he served as the Private Client Head of the Leeds office for the last 18 months of his seven-year tenure.

Fleming has over eight years of experience in advising private clients, corporates, charities, and trusts on investment strategies.

He previously worked at Brown Shipley and focuses on supporting entrepreneurs and family business owners in Yorkshire and the North East. Fleming joined Rothschild & Co in February 2025.

Pearson began her career in 2017 at Evelyn Partners in Belfast, where she advised private clients and families across Northern Ireland.

Rothschild & Co Wealth Management UK CEO Helen Watson said: “We continue to invest in our business and recruit highly skilled and connected individuals to support our clients’ investment management and wealth planning needs.”

Alongside its London headquarters and regional offices in Birmingham, Leeds, and Manchester, Rothschild & Co’s UK Wealth Management team operates an office in Guernsey, which has been in service since 1967.

Last month, Rothschild & Co strengthened its private capital division by appointing Nicolas Lanel.
