Rothschild & Co has appointed Patrick Eisenring as the new chief financial officer (CFO) of Swiss Wealth Management division.

The appointment, which forms part of the leadership transition within the firm’s Switzerland business, is effective 1 January 2025.

Eisenring will take over from Christian Bouet, the current CFO of Rothschild & Co’s Wealth and Asset Management and Rothschild & Co Bank AG.

After more than 11 years with the company, Bouet will step down from his operational role in Switzerland and as the CFO and executive committee member on 31 December 2024.

However, starting 1 January 2025, Bouet will continue as CFO of the Wealth and Asset Management Division and will join Rothschild & Co Bank AG board of directors.

Eisenring, presently the Rothschild Wealth Management Switzerland and International Subsidiaries finance director, is set to take the role of CFO.
