Private equity firm Resurgens Technology Partners has agreed to acquire InvestorForce, a provider of performance reporting solutions for investment consultants, from MSCI for an undisclosed amount.
After the completion of the acquisition, which is subject to customary closing conditions, InvestorForce will be merged with Resurgens’ portfolio company Investment Metrics that provides investment analytics and reporting solutions.
The combined company will manage nearly $10 trillion in assets and tend to investment consultants, wealth managers and investment managers.
The merged entity will offer investment tools for performance analysis, investment reporting, investment policy statements, peer benchmarking and competitive insights.
