Paul Luff will report to Blair McPherson, head of Portfolio Solutions and will work to further strengthen the company’s relationships with new and existing clients.
Prior to RBC Dexia, Luff served as a senior relationship manager at UBS Investment Bank’s FX business. He has 30 years’ experience in foreign exchange trading, sales and client relationship roles.

Paul was also on the governing committee of the ACI UK, the FX industry’s professional body.
Blair McPherson said that Paul will play a key role in ensuring clients receive a tailored service that meets their needs.
RBC Dexia’s Market Products and Services team provides a range of solutions to clients including foreign exchange, securities lending, credit and securities finance and cash management.
