UK-based financial advisor Quilter Private Client Advisers has acquired three financial planning businesses in a bid to bolster its regional presence.
The three acquired businesses are Eastgate Financial Management, Holdaway Johnson and Clive C Aitkenhead Financial Consultant.
The financial details of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
The acquisitions also increase the number of firms purchased by Quilter Private Client Advisers to 11.
Quilter is planning to serve all clients of Cheltenham-based Eastgate from its Birmingham office, while clients of Blackburn-based Aitkenhead will be served by Quilter Private Client Advisers’ Chester office.
The Surrey-based Holdaway Johnson will be aligned with Quilter’s London office.
