Wealth manager Quilter has unveiled a new educational programme, which will enable students to earn a Diploma for Financial Advisers in three months.
Dubbed Fast Track, the new programme is being offered by the Quilter Financial Adviser School and open to all aspirants.
Moreover, in the event of a graduate remaining within Quilter Financial Planning as a restricted planner for a minimum period of two years, Quilter will cover all the expenses.
The new programme is targeted at full-time students.
The duration of the school’s part-time programme is 47 weeks.
Quilter Financial Planning director of adviser recruitment and acquisition Scott Stevens said: “Quilter is committed to making advice more accessible and at the moment we are facing a dramatic and growing advice gap. One in five financial advisers are planning to retire in the next five years according to the Heath Report Three.

By GlobalData“We’ve seen a demand at the Quilter Financial Adviser School for an intense, shortened course for those that want to jump straight into a career as a financial adviser, particularly those who are looking for a career change.”
Since 2016, Quilter’s adviser school has had 148 graduates.
The programmes run by the school include a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice. It also offers a 58-week training course, offering advisers training on the processes of Quilter Financial Planning.
