In this newly-created position, Halliday will be responsible for leading new strategic initiatives, alliances and business development activities supporting all of the firm’s operations – investment management, Online Advisors and Niemann Analytics.

Halliday was previously with Niemann as compliance principal, developing the compliance function as well as establishing the company’s initial broker/dealer relationships.

Most recently, Halliday was president of the New England Institute of Technology based in Palm Beach, Florida. His responsibilities there included overseeing operations, faculty and staff, budgetary management, and business development.

Niemann Capital Management chief compliance officer Richard West said Charles brings a high level of professionalism, business acumen and energy to this newly-created position, with the added value of his familiarity with the firm and their goals.
