Neptune Investment Management has named Theodora Zemek as the head of fixed income strategy, a newly created position.
Zemek will manage the firm’s bond strategy and research across the globe, working closely alongside the chief economist and CIO James Dowey and reporting to the CEO Robin Geffen.
Zemek formerly served as the global fixed income head at AXA Investment Managers, head of fixed income at New Star Investment Management, and CIO and global head of fixed income at M&G Investment Management.
She currently serves as a non-executive director at BlackRock Global Investors UK.
“Theodora is one of the most senior and respected fixed income experts in the industry. With a 30-year record of demonstrable delivery, her wealth of experience and intellectual focus are a perfect fit for Neptune, where we firmly believe in a conviction-based investment approach based on a deep understanding of the sectors in which we work,” Geffen said.
