Morgan Stanley Wealth Management has introduced a new initiative to support the unique financial needs of its female clients and employees.
Dubbed Women Without Limits, the new initiative includes three “pillars” of internal and external support.
The first pillar is to offer education and professional guidance for female clients through women-centric educational financial content and resources.
Secondly, the initiative aims to meet the needs of local communities by offering access to financial literacy resources via national partnerships and affiliations like Girls Scouts of the USA.
The third pillar is career support, where the firm will showcase its existing female leaders, foster workplace equality and developing initiatives to encourage young female talent.
Morgan Stanley managing director, head of Wealth Management Diversity and Inclusion Kara Underwood said: “Women Without Limits encompasses highly-curated and impactful partnerships, programmes and resources that are independently impactful but, when combined, provide a valuable platform to help female clients grow their wealth, empower women and girls in our local communities, and support female employees to develop and thrive in their careers.”
