Brink’s, a world expert in asset protection and safe logistics, has partnered with Matrixdock, a platform for tokenised real-world assets (RWA).
With an emphasis on vaults situated in Singapore and Hong Kong, two of Asia’s most important financial centres, this collaboration will guarantee the safe transit and vaulting of LBMA-certified gold, which serves as the foundation for Matrixdock’s recently introduced XAUm token.
With its full physical gold backing, XAUm is an ERC-20 token that provides investors with a transparent and reliable digital asset linked to gold authorised by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA).
The arrangement with Brink’s ensures that the gold reserves supporting XAUm are safely stored in highly secure, fully insured vaults in Singapore and Hong Kong, boosting the token’s legitimacy and security for investors worldwide, especially in the Asia-Pacific area.
In addition to this, with significant expertise in secure asset management and an established network in Asia, Brink’s will guarantee that the LBMA gold backing XAUm is safely transported, stored, and preserved in its world-class vaults.
Through this collaboration, Matrixdock is able to provide a strong digital asset backed by gold that satisfies the security and legal needs of international investors, with a focus on the strategic significance of Singapore and Hong Kong as financial hubs.
