Manulife AM names new chief of wealth solutions for Asia

Manulife Asset Management has appointed Emmanuel Bucaille to the newly created role of head of wealth solutions for Asia wealth and asset management.

Bucaille in his new role will be responsible for aligning the company’s wealth solutions to client’s actual financial objectives.

He will also be involved in manager selection, performance monitoring and asset manager reviews for the company’s managed architecture platform.

He will be based in Hong Kong and report to Manulife AM executive vice president and head of wealth and asset management Asia, Michael Dommermuth.

Bucaille, who has over decades of financial industry experience, previously served as head of investment products and services at UBS Wealth Management Europe.

Recently, Manulife has made many structural and leadership changes across its North American and Asian businesses.
