Mark Goddard has been appointed as the UK chief executive officer of Swiss worldwide wealth manager Bank Lombard Odier & Co, effective 26 November 2024.
He will be located in London and will report to Stephane Herrmann, CEO of Lombard Odier (Europe) S.A., and Duncan MacIntyre, limited partner, and head of the UK region.

Goddard’s responsibilities will include managing the bank’s private client division’s London office, supervising its staff of bankers and investment professionals, and advancing Lombard Odier’s solid expansion trajectory in this crucial market.
Goddard started his professional life in 2001 as a banker at Coutts. He then joined UBS in 2005 and held several senior roles serving UK clients, with an emphasis on entrepreneurs. His most recent position was head of UK HNW at UBS.
He has master’s degrees from the University of Bern, the William E. Simon School of Business, and Royal Holloway in European Business, Wealth Management, and Finance, respectively.
Additionally, he received master’s degrees in European Business, Wealth Management, and Finance from Royal Holloway, the William E. Simon School of Business, and the University of Bern.

The group’s new office, which is situated at Uitbreidingstraat 72 in the city’s Berchem neighbourhood, gives local customers direct access to the entirety of the firm’s worldwide wealth management experience.
The office’s goal is to increase the Bank’s accessibility to its Belgian clientele, especially in the region that speaks Dutch. In honour of its 20 years in Belgium, it is a component of Lombard Odier’s expansion strategy.
