Three financial sector professionals have joined the senior leadership team of Lighthouse Canton, a global investment institution with companies in wealth and asset management.

An important step in its worldwide expansion strategy has been taken with the appointments made across its Singapore and London headquarters.

Amrit Singh, Henrik Aslaksen, and Balaji Prasanna, who together created AWM Capital Partners, are the three new hires.

After receiving the necessary regulatory permits, they will join the company in the coming months and bring an array of knowledge from financial institutions in the globe.

Aslaksen will be located in London, and Singh and Prasanna will reside in Singapore.

All of them will become members of Lighthouse Canton’s executive committee, and Singh will become a member of the Board of Directors.

Singh, with 25 years of experience, has been appointed as the global head of key clients and institutions at Lighthouse Canton. He has previously held leadership positions in Deutsche Bank‘s Investment Banking Division.

Moreover, experienced in the business for over 35 years, Prasanna has reshaped lending and private banking at major global banks such as Deutsche Bank, where he most recently held the position of Vice Chairman. He has been named executive vice chairman – key client solutions at the firm.

Prasanna will be able to provide its clients with more complete global wealth solutions through his expertise in structured financing and wealth planning.

Meanwhile, Aslaksen, with over 30 years of M&A and Investment Banking experience, will become president of Lighthouse Canton International, enhancing the company’s global investment banking capabilities and expanding its reach with family-owned enterprises and owners.
