Kudu Investment Management, which offers capital solutions to asset and wealth managers, has made a minority investment in Chicago-based private equity firm Creation Investments Capital Management.
Details on the investment amount were not revealed.

Creation Investments focuses on impact investments.
It offers private capital for micro lending, small and medium enterprise credit and other financial services in developing markets.
It oversaw assets of $707m at the end of December 2019.
Moreover, the business aligns with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Backed by White Mountains Insurance Group, Kudu supports generational ownership transfers and management buyouts while offering acquisition and growth finance.
Last December, the firm invested in real estate private equity firm Pennybacker Capital Management.
In September 2019, Kudu made a minority investment in alternative asset management firm EJF Capital.
